Provision of Building surveying services in undertaking fabric renewal of buildings e.g. Re-roofing, replacement windows, replacement services (Mechanical and Electrical).

Estates & Facilities management – Creation and management of hard and soft service contracts, Creation of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules, Estates inspection services, Fire door inspections
